The products
All products sold on the Site are digital downloads. There are no physical goods, no inventory, no shipping. Upon successful payment you receive an email with download instructions for the files purchased.
Account and orders
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on the Site. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Local currency may be displayed at checkout based on your country. Payment is processed by our authorized payment processor. We do not store payment card data.
Intellectual property
The content of the Site and the digital products sold are the property of Rincon Digital LLC and are protected by international copyright laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials you purchase for your own practice. Redistribution, resale or public sharing of any product is prohibited and may be tracked through embedded identifiers.
