Refund Policy

We want every customer to be satisfied with the resources they purchase from teachifyplus.com.

Satisfaction guarantee

If a product does not meet your expectations you can request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of purchase. No questions asked. Simply email us at support@teachifyplus.com with your order number and the reason for the refund, and we will process it within three (3) business days.

Digital products

Because all products are digital downloads there is nothing to return. Once a refund is approved the digital license to use the materials is revoked.

After the 7-day window

After seven days from purchase we are unable to offer refunds, unless the file is corrupted or undeliverable. In that case please contact us and we will replace the file or refund the order, at our discretion.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer; in almost every case we can resolve the issue faster directly.
