Shipping policy
Digital delivery only
Teachifyplus sells digital products exclusively. There is no physical shipping, no shipping fees and no carrier delays. The product is delivered electronically as a downloadable PDF.
How and when you receive the file
Immediately after the payment is confirmed, the download link is sent automatically to the email address you used at checkout. Delivery is usually instant and may take up to 30 minutes in rare cases.
If you do not receive the email
- Check your spam, junk and "Promotions" folders (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo).
- Confirm that the email address you entered at checkout was spelled correctly.
- If 30 minutes have passed and the email is still missing, write to support@teachifyplus.com with your order number. We re-send the file within one business day.
